At GP Care we know that to provide the best quality service to all patients our staff must be fully equipped. This means having access to the current best practice, knowledge, techniques and skills. With that in mind our training and education team are proud to offer a wide range of non-clinical training and development schemes.
GP Care Services undertook a consultation to fully understand the education and training requirements for the Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale area. All practices across the Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale area were asked to consider which training areas they deemed the highest priority to ensure our training schemes are always high quality and provide relevant training to local staff.
Our goal is to ensure staff have access to the best training opportunities. This allows staff to perform their jobs to the highest possible standard, benefitting the patient experience. This includes:
- Non-Clinical Staff Training
- Phlebotomy Training
