We are proud to share that The Village Medical Centre has been officially approved as a Unified Learning Environment (ULE) by the Primary Care School.
This recognition confirms that our practice meets high standards for education, supervision, and clinical learning, allowing us to support healthcare professionals at different stages of their training while continuing to deliver safe, high‑quality care to our patients.
We are also delighted to announce that Dr Joanne Chew has successfully completed the North West Wider Workforce Clinical Supervisor Course, including Foundation Doctor Supervision. This qualification enables our practice to supervise and support doctors in their early careers, ensuring they receive excellent guidance and mentorship.

Becoming a training practice reflects our commitment to investing in the future of healthcare. By helping to develop the next generation of clinicians, we contribute to a stronger, more sustainable NHS while bringing fresh knowledge and ideas into our team.
Our patients can be reassured that all clinicians in training are closely supervised and that patient care always remains our top priority.
We are extremely proud of this achievement and look forward to welcoming learners to The Village Medical Centre as part of this exciting next chapter.
